GRATITUDE AND HAPPINESS

I am still breathing fresh air and seeing the sun rise and fall in the evening.  Today marks 11+ years of remission for me.

Each day experience is a bonus to me as I enjoy my life to the fullest.  Well, in each person life there tend to be up and down but the most important is how to quickly and effectively turn it into a positive and happy scene ..... I use a method ie. making a CHOICE and snapping my fingers to make the switch.

Recently I had been attending some book study group on every Tuesday and Thursday 8pm till 10 pm.  For Tuesday, the book we are studying is Karma of Love and for Thursday is The Garden.

Based on my own analysis, it reflect back my memory when I was down with the "C", what I study here is about emptiness, 4 steps x 4 laws which is describe as below :

Step 1 - What do I Want = obviously is to be alive
Step 2 - Find someone who also want to be alive = therefore I write blog and share out
Step 3 - Action plan = I make it a point that I write at least once a week
Step 4 - Coffee meditation = I did not do

It is never too late, I can do coffee meditation for all the good seeds that I had planted previously.
By doing so I will be planting health seeds, wisdom seeds, gratitude seeds and generosity seeds.

I feel so alive and energetic and inspired after attending the Level 123 of Diamond Cutter Systems.
